I’m a very light sleeper with a brain that likes to constantly run. Most other sound ‘colors’ don’t seem to help me fall asleep or let me stay under once I finally do without hearing other things or just listening for things. From the general ‘house’ noises to the late night storms and the rumbling from rocket launches 30 miles way, this lower tone has been a big help for me falling and staying asleep easier as well as getting longer and deeper sleep more consistently.
