Description
Red Noise Ambience is low frequency emphasized static sound known to create a relaxing mood for many listeners.
It is favorite spaceship SFX since the 1950’s.
It has more low frequencies and less high frequencies than White or Pink Noise.
The light spectrum equivalent would be close to infrared. Red Noise and White Noise combine will sound like Pink Noise.
Red Noise is also known as Brownian noise named after Robert Brown who documented with ran particle movement. A third name is Random Walk Noise.
