Description
This tinnitus blocker noise masking sound is focused at 18000Hz (18kHz) and could help some listener’s relieve ringing if it is close to this frequency range. The concept is based on disrupting ringing in one’s head by introducing a new sound, noise in this case, to distract the mind away from the ringing. Some contemporary research on “T” suggests the mind is auto completing the ringing well after the damage has occurred. There are custom sounds created for individuals by audio therapists for this purpose.
